Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal offers an opportunity for you to connect with your baby and to gain a greater understanding and awareness of your body as it changes through out your pregnancy.

 

By incorporating gentle postures, breathwork, vocal toning and meditation, classes provide you with an opportunity for greater flexibility and relaxation in preparation for labor and childbirth. It will enhance your confidence, comfort, and awareness.

 

Classes also provide a space for you to connect with other moms to share questions, concerns, and thoughts. No previous yoga experience is needed for prenatal yoga.

 

Wear comfortable clothes, and bring a blanket and bolster or pillow, and yoga mat.

Lana teaches at several locations. She creates an invigorating and moving yoga practice that you will want to come back for more.

Lana also provides yoga at your home. You have your own private yoga teacher! This will allow you to practice at a time that suits you best. The private yoga classes are designed to meet your needs and goals. In addition private yoga sessions allow more time for the teacher to give you the attention needed to develop and deepen your practice at your own pace.

 

Also you can bring a private yoga teacher into your home, or company, and invite your friends, partner, colleagues or neighbors to join in. If you are interested in starting your yoga journey or deepen your current practice please do not hesitate to contact me.

Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher

Lana completed her first 200 hours of yoga training at The Yoga Institute in Houston, Texas in 2002. Her advanced training was completed with Frog Lotus in Sayulita, Mexico in 2010.
